Corporate Seminars

Many of your workforce today are care-givers for elderly parents. A majority of family caregivers (83%) are close relatives, often daughters. However, most caregivers ages 50-65 (61%) are also employed. The average length of time for these caregiving responsibilities is 5 years. Caregiving activities include arranging appointments, managing physical and emotional needs of parents with a range of physical and emotional challenges, financial concerns, and end of life decisions. This is in addition to performing their responsibilities in the work place.

Very few of us are prepared with the information, strategies, and resources to manage the added layer of responsibilities that becoming a caregiver for an elderly parent requires. The corporate seminar is a lunch meeting with a short presentation followed by discussions with strategies and follow-up materials and resources for specific need

Call for more information regarding how a seminar can assist your workforce with strategies that can help reduce the stress thus allowing greater attention to responsibilities at work.
